1. General

This policy explains how personal data of users of https://fantomas.cc/ and the Fantomas service is processed. The data controller is the owner of the Fantomas service (fantomas.cc) (the “Controller”). By using the Site and the Service, the User agrees to this policy; if not, the User should stop using the Site.

2. Data we process

  • account data: email, password (stored only as a hash), interface language;
  • Telegram data when linking: user ID, username, profile name;
  • orders and payments: plan, amounts, payment status and ID. Card data is handled only by the payment provider and never shared with the Controller;
  • materials the User uploads for the Service: channel links, offer texts and, when connecting own accounts, phone numbers and Telegram session files;
  • technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and time of visit, cookies and similar identifiers;
  • support correspondence.

3. Purposes

  • registration, login (including via the Telegram bot) and dashboard;
  • delivering the chosen plan and billing;
  • security and prevention of abuse and Terms violations;
  • user support and service notifications;
  • analytics and improvement of the Site and Service.

4. Legal basis

Consent given at registration, performance of the contract (Terms) with the User, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and analytics services:

  • Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), including Webvisor, pseudonymised recording of on-page actions (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks) to analyse usability; password fields are not recorded;
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): visit statistics.

You can disable cookies in your browser or use analytics opt-out tools; disabling cookies may limit the dashboard.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only as needed for the purposes above:

  • payment providers: to process payments and refunds;
  • hosting providers: to host the Site and Service servers;
  • analytics providers (Yandex, Google): technical data per Section 5;
  • AI model providers: channel post texts and the User's offer texts to generate and filter comments (no email or payment data);
  • public authorities: where required by law.

7. Where data is processed

The Site is hosted in the Republic of Azerbaijan and Service servers are located outside the Russian Federation; analytics, payment and AI providers process data on their own servers. By registering, the User consents to this cross-border transfer.

8. Retention and security

Data is kept while the account exists and for 3 years after deletion (payment records: as required by law). Telegram session files uploaded by the User are deleted within 30 days after the account is disconnected or the user account is deleted. We use HTTPS, password hashing, restricted server access and backups.

9. Your rights

You may request information about processing of your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority or court. Requests: info@fantomas.cc; we respond within 10 business days.
